Celebrate the flavors of a Fall Harvest during an exceptional dining experience at Peek'n Peak Resort's Bistro 210.

 

The Harvest Wine & Dine pairing dinner will offer a four-course meal with seasonal flavors and produce fresh from harvest. Each of the four courses will be completed with regional wine & local wine pairings, included in the ticket prices. The dinner is limited to 42 guests in order to provide an exceptional experience. 

The main course will feature a pork chop glazed with an apple cider gastrique, fingerling potatoes, creamed corn with bacon and leeks, broccoli rabe and apple slaw. You will also enjoy a seared walleye with a garlic cream sauce, tomatoes & spinach over cannellini beans.

 

The Peek'n Peak Culinary team will introduce each course with interesting details about the items being served, as well as the methodology of their preparation.  They will also present wine and beer pairings from regional producers.

 

Course 1: Stuffed Mushrooms with shredded beef, smoked bleu cheese, onion jam, peppered demi-glaze and crispy fried onions.

 

Course 2: Caramelized Maple Sweet Potato & Kale Salad

 

Course 3:  Pork chop glazed with an apple cider gastrique, fingerling potatoes, creamed corn with bacon and leeks, broccoli rabe and apple slaw. As well as a seared walleye with a garlic cream sauce, tomatoes & spinach over cannellini beans.

 

Course 4: "Fallen" Sweet-Corn Ice Cream with caramel corn, vanilla bean caramel drizzle, pizzelle.
